AEOF Certification
AEOF (Authorized Economic Operator – Full) is a certification issued by the European Union that attests the reliability and security of a company operating in the field of logistics and international trade. Freschi & Schiavoni is AEOF certified and can therefore benefit from customs simplifications, fewer physical and documental controls, and greater trust from the competent authorities. Thanks to this recognition, we can guarantee advantages in terms of efficiency, timeliness, and cost reduction for our clients.
Import
As an AEOF certified company, we can also offer services such as the issuance of T1 documents, the completion of customs formalities for imports (IM4), and the introduction of goods into VAT warehouses, providing efficient and reliable management of import operations.
Export
Freschi & Schiavoni, thanks to its AEOF certification, can support the export activities of its clients by directly issuing T2 documents (single or cumulative), preparing EX1 declarations, relaunching exports in T2 documents, and issuing EUR 1 certificates of origin; simplifying and accelerating customs procedures for export operations.
Special Regimes
Freschi & Schiavoni offers a Customs Warehousing Regime management service, which allows non-Community goods to be stored in the EU customs territory without paying duties and VAT until the moment they are released for free circulation. The VAT warehouse, on the other hand, allows for the storage of goods already in free circulation (duties paid), suspending the payment of VAT until the moment of sale. Through the adoption of these special regimes, clients can optimize their logistics flows, defer the payment of duties and VAT, and manage import and export operations more efficiently.
