The Freschi & Schiavoni sites in Liscate and Florence are recognized as “Envirotainer Stations,” strategic points for the management and monitoring of temperature-controlled containers, essential for the safe transport of pharmaceutical and biotechnological products.

Packaging Solutions

Active/Hybrid Container Setup:

We offer full support for the management of the most innovative and widespread active containers on the market, such as Envirotainer, C-Safe, and Dokasch. Thanks to our experience, we take care of every single step of the process, from pre-cooling, to setup, and up to transport to the departure airport.

Passive Packaging Setup:

We offer a comprehensive service of supply and support for validated passive isothermal packaging, available in different sizes and capacities. Our containers are designed to maintain the temperature until destination, thanks to the use of high-performance materials and the inclusion of refrigerant packs, thus ensuring maximum safety and compliance in the management of the cold chain.
We make available high-performance thermal blankets and data loggers for constant temperature monitoring during transport, guaranteeing cargo integrity and full control throughout the journey.

Temperature-Controlled Warehouse: Our 800 m² temperature-controlled warehouse is equipped with a state-of-the-art refrigeration system that uses dual inverter motors to ensure precise and continuous temperature regulation, with a high level of energy efficiency. Thanks to the monitoring probes and the 24/7 active remote control tower, we can promptly detect any temperature variations or anomalies in the cooling motors, ensuring maximum protection of your sensitive goods. Upon request, we can also provide reports on the recorded temperatures inside the cold rooms.



Temperature-Controlled Transport:

We offer customized temperature-controlled transport solutions, with a temperature range from -20°C to +25°C, to meet the specific needs of every type of goods. Thanks to our GDP-certified fleet, we guarantee the availability of vehicles, with a minimum notice of 24/48 hours, and ensure maximum punctuality and reliability. At the end of each service, we provide a temperature trace along the entire route to ensure maximum transparency and complete control of the transported goods.
